How it works

What you should know

  1. What and where would you like to work?

Tell us which job you are looking for and in which region of Germany you would like to work. If the location does not matter to you, that is fine too.

  2. What have you learned?

Describe your training, your qualifications and your work experience. Driving licences, certificates and language skills are important as well.

  3. How to submit your documents

You can upload your CV and professional certificates directly in the form (PDF, JPG, PNG or DOCX). We do not need a passport copy or health documents at the beginning.

  4. Introduction to employers

If your profile matches a job, we introduce you to the employer. The first interview often takes place by video. We help you prepare for it.

  5. The employer decides

Whether you are invited to an interview and hired is decided solely by the employer. We cannot guarantee that you will be hired.

  6. Visa and recognition

Before you start work, the required visa, the work permit and – depending on your profession – the recognition of your qualification must be in place. The authorities decide on this.

To be honest

We do not promise a guaranteed visa, a guaranteed job or fixed processing times. The German language skills you need depend on the profession and the employer. In many professions, for example in nursing, certain language certificates are required by law. We will tell you openly what applies in your case.
